The Honour Master's degree is a post-graduate course lasting at least two semesters, including theoretical courses, an individual research project within a company, and the defence of a professional thesis.

Montpellier SupAgro confers 3 specialised Master’s degrees from the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (minimum level required: a 5-year degree, or a 4-year degree and professional experience, or an equivalent degree).
